- 1 To 4 Year
- Preparing concept design of Mig/Spot welding fixtures and gauges.
- Preparing concept design of Special purpose machines required for welding, pressing application & other handling applications.
- Selection of Bought parts & Engineering calculations.
- Preparing layout of concept in CAD (2D&3D).
- Knowledge of gearbox selection, force calculations, Pneumatic & Hydraulic cylinders with all accessories, required BOP parts for fixture & SPM design.
- Knowledge of Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuit drawing making.
- Preparation of Bills of material , detail drawing for Assembly & DAP presentations.
