Designation: HR Associate for Western Region (Mumbai & Pune)

Business: NBDC, ITC Ltd.

Location: Mumbai (with frequent Travel to Pune)

Years of Experience: 2-3 Years of experience in Cloud Kitchen/ Quick Service Restaurant Industry

Educational Qualification: MA/ MBA in HR

Employment Type: Fixed Term Employee on the Rolls of ITC Ltd.

Hard Skills required: Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel Compulsory)

Other Requirements:

1. Proven Experience in mass hiring and managing blue collar workforce

2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with employees at all levels

3. Working knowledge of HR systems related to attendance and payroll

4. Ability to work independently and manage HR operations across sites

5. Fluency in Hindi, Marathi and English will be a plus

Key responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

1. End to End Hiring for Kitchen Roles (Chefs, Commis, Front End Supervisor, Kitchen Manager)

2. Activation of Referral Program

3. Driving Bulk Hiring through job portals, consultants, local network

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

5. Act as on ground HR representative across Kitchens

6. Conduct frequent employee connect sessions to understand pulse and issues

7. Address employee concerns with empathy and promptness

HR Ops:

Implement and manage attendance systems

Process & Compliance

Ensure onboarding and documentations provision are seamless
