We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join us. As a IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT function and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and strategic alignment with business goals. You will lead a team of IT professionals, manage technological initiatives, and provide strategic guidance to drive digital transformation and innovation.

Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with the business objectives and regulatory requirements of the securities broking industry. Lead and manage the IT department, including training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to maintain a high-performance culture. Ensure the reliability, security, and optimal performance of the IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and databases. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of trading platforms, order management systems, risk management systems, and other critical software applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience, and drive business growth.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and negotiate service contracts to optimize value and cost-effectiveness. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. Drive digital transformation initiatives, such as automation, artificial intelligence, and analytics, to improve business processes and decision-making capabilities

Technical Competencies /Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred not mandatory Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT management roles within the equities broking industry or financial services sector. In-depth knowledge of trading platforms, order management systems, risk management systems, market data feeds, and related technologies. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to securities broking in India, such as SEBI guidelines. Proven track record of leading IT teams, managing IT infrastructure, and delivering technology projects within budget and timeline. Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive digital transformation. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions
