Executive - IT

Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including networks(Data, CCTV, Voice), servers, data storage, and telecommunication systems.

2. Plan and manage the implementation of new technologies, upgrades, and patches to improve system efficiency .

3. Ensure that all systems are secure and compliant with industry regulations and company policies 

4. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and maintain backups to protect data.

5. Manage relationships with technology vendors and control the IT budget to ensure cost-effective solutions 

6. Continuously monitor system performance, identifying potential improvements and ensuring uptime 

7. Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures for internal use and audits.

Skill Required:

1. Proficient in network management, server administration, and cloud infrastructure 

2. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently 

3. Ability to execute IT projects assigned on time and within budget.
