Overall delivery management responsibility for all the software services delivery engagements (i.e. multiple projects and service offerings) for commercial banking client.
Responsible for the account realizing outcomes across delivery (quality and predictability) and engagement (customer satisfaction and people engagement).
Establishes and implements effective engineering and delivery governance framework for the account with the support of the delivery excellence teams and practices.
Manages senior stakeholder expectations with clear and timely communication and reporting,
both internally (i.e. IRIS) and externally (customer organization and partners, if any).
Ensures delivery health through periodic reviews and by extending proactive support and intervention to project managers/ leads.
Ensure coding checklist is being followed by every developer.
Validate the coding checklist parameters for every developer - Following of standards, Unit Test Cases documents, Attachment of unit testing outcomes as evidences.
Evidence based certification for every developer - Random spot checks for entire end-to-end flow across requirements, component design, code, unit test cases and execution outcomes.
Analyse the common code review comments and apprise the team members about common mistakes and how to avoid them.
Ensure every developers has a list of unit test cases which can only be tested in an integrated environment and they share it with BMO Leads and STOs. Idea is to request testing in SIT environment before the SIT officially begins to cover the integration test cases.Provides thought leadership in one or more areas across delivery, methodology, technology or business domain. strong hands-on in Java/J2EE/Springboot,
