Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Marketing Strategy & Roadmap: Own the development and execution of Cogoport's marketing plan to fuel growth and brand recognition.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing channels. Manage the company's brand identity and continuously evolve it as the company scales.
- Content Strategy: Lead content creation across channels-website, social media, blogs, newsletters, and more. Craft compelling messages that resonate with our audience.
- Hands-on SEO/SEM: Boost organic and paid traffic with hands-on experience in SEO and SEM. You'll be our go-to expert for optimizing digital performance.
- Social Media Management: Own our social media calendar, strategy, and execution. Keep our platforms buzzing with creative campaigns that drive engagement.
- PR & Marketing Campaigns: Manage PR outreach, marketing activities, and events that position Cogoport as a market leader.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing metrics, derive insights, and adjust strategies to ensure we hit our goals.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand market trends, consumer behaviour, and new opportunities.
- Growth Marketing: Create campaigns focused on acquiring new customers while working with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation strategies.
- Customer Retention: Develop loyalty programs or initiatives aimed at retaining current customers and improving their lifetime value.
- Campaign Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, content, etc.).
- Budget Management: Plan and allocate the marketing budget efficiently. Ensure marketing spend is optimized for the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
- Product Marketing: Work closely with product teams to lead the go-to-market strategy for new product features or services. Craft product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic business partners to increase brand visibility and market reach.
- Event Marketing: Organize or participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences that align with the company's marketing and business goals.

- You combine creative marketing approaches with metrics and performance tracking.
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in a high-growth startup environment (preferred).
