We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager After Market to lead and manage after-sales activities, including site installation, commissioning, and service of turnkey projects across India. The role involves extensive travel and hands-on involvement in servicing and troubleshooting equipment. Electrical and controls knowledge will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical services, support, installation, and commissioning independently while collaborating with internal teams and customers.
Perform preventive maintenance, resolve production stops, and provide technical advice to customers.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and fine-tuning of equipment and facilities.
Train operators and maintenance personnel on basic equipment handling.
Generate spare parts business and maintain trouble-free operations for IPCO projects.
Address and resolve customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective actions as per IPCOs QMS.
Ensure timely execution of service-related activities, internal/external audits, and management reviews.
Identify and address QMS risks and opportunities to achieve IPCOs objectives.
Required Competencies:
Technical Skills: Basic electrical work, knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and PLC systems.
Communication: Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
