Job description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive - Sales with 3 to 6 years of experience across various industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and managing existing customer accounts. As a sales executive, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements/needs, and offering customized services or solutions. You will work closely with the top management to ensure seamless execution of firm services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and clients across various industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Generate leads, conduct cold calling, and schedule meetings with potential clients to introduce company services.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with clients, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and emerging market trends within the freight forwarding industry.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry pricing to ensure competitiveness and develop strategies to counteract competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management, outlining sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Represent our firm at industry events and conferences in India & abroad.
