Client Relationship Management:
Deepen and strengthen relationships with existing Public Sector Unit (PSU) clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Proactively acquire new PSU clients, uncovering additional revenue opportunities and expanding our business footprint.
Key Activities:
Opportunity/Tender/Bid Identification:
Vigilantly track requests for proposals (RFPs) or invitations to tender (ITTs) to identify potential opportunities for business growth within the Public Sector.
Bid Strategy Development:
Develop a strategic plan for each bid, assess client requirements, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify the unique selling points that will set us apart.
Bid Preparation Cross-functional Collaboration:
Lead the bid preparation process from end to end, gathering all necessary information, coordinating with the sales and content teams, and ensuring full compliance with client requirements.
Create a detailed timeline, allocate tasks, and drive collaboration across teams to deliver a polished and compelling bid.
Proposal Writing Review:
Oversee the development of bid proposals, ensuring they are well-structured, persuasive, and tailored to the clients specific needs.
Review proposals for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring they meet our high standards before submission.
Risk Assessment Mitigation:
Identify potential risks associated with each bid and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring a smooth and successful bidding process.
Client Engagement Support:
Provide expert support to the sales team during client meetings and backend work, offering insights into the bid process and proposal details.
Engage directly with clients procurement teams to clarify requirements, address queries, and gather feedback to continuously improve our proposals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Professional Experience:
Proven experience in a bid management role or similar position within the same industry will be highly valued.
