Role Objective:

The objective of this role is to aggressively identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base through strategic sales leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building expertise.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand market share and revenue.

2. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth.

3. Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.

4. Monitor industry trends, identifying potential threats and opportunities.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.

Qualification & Experience:

- Work Experience: 0-1 year of B2B sales background experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector (clients). Startup experience is an added advantage.

- Knowledge/Skills: Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Education: B.Tech + MBA from a reputed institute
