Were seeking a highly technical Project Manager to join our growing team and spearhead the development of innovative SaaS products. Youll be the driving force behind our development team, ensuring projects stay on track, and exceed client expectations. This role requires a strong technical background, and youll leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Laravel framework to effectively bridge the gap between development and client needs. Your ability to combine technical expertise with project management skills is essential for leading our team to success.

Responsibilities:

> Technical prowess: Possess a deep understanding of Laravel, Flutter, and Vue.js frameworks to effectively communicate with developers and translate client requirements.
> Plan and manage projects: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks, create detailed timelines, and track progress using agile methodologies.
> Lead and collaborate: Motivate and guide development teams (working in Indian time zone), fostering effective communication and collaboration with US-based clients.
> Communication is key: Clearly communicate project plans, risks, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
> Problem-solving ninja: Anticipate and proactively address challenges, finding creative solutions that keep projects moving forward.
> Metrics Matter: Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and continuously optimize processes.

What You Bring:

> 5+ years of experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry.
> In-depth knowledge of Laravel, Flutter, and Vue.js frameworks.
> Comfortable working with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
> Motivates and inspires teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
> Adaptable and comfortable working with a team across different time zones.
> Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
