Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Management:

Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (cold calling, referrals, etc.).Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service to meet their needs. Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations.

Market Research and Analysis:

Sales and Negotiations:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and profitable outcome for all parties. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.

Networking and Business Development:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.

Develop and maintain partnerships with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, agents, and developers.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
