Senior UI Developer - React.js/Javascript (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior ReactJS Developer with JAVAscript to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications.

- Design, develop, and maintain complex React applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, product management, QA) to deliver high-quality products.

- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices.

- Strong hands on coding in ReactJS and JavaScript technologies and trends.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, and implement them to enhance the user experience.

- Effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders across departments (product, engineering).

- Manage deadlines and resources to ensure on-time delivery of UI components.

- Should be able to identify reusable components

- Should have ability to develop responsive & cross browser UI designs using HTML & CSS.

- Should be able to troubleshoot & debug the application.

- Should be able to Integrate Rest API's.

- Produce code of highest quality confirming to established standards of the organization.

- Increase code quality through unit testing.

- Provide guidance and influence other team members to ensure their productivity.

- Performing code reviews and refactoring.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on UI.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring a design team.

- In-depth knowledge of React and best practices for building user interfaces with it.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Experience with design systems and UI component libraries a plus.

Working Experience :

- Strong work experience in React, Redux, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and related technologies who can analyse, design, and develop code.

- Good understanding of micro fronted architecture using module federation.

- Strong work experience on core JavaScript.

- Good Knowledge of REST Web API Integration
