Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to credit sales, including queries on payment terms, credit limits, and billing.
• Assist customers in understanding their credit options and help them with the application process.
• Digital generated leads should be able to converted.
• Provide information about available products, services, and special offers on credit sales.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to credit transactions, payment delays, and account discrepancies.
• Offer timely solutions to customer complaints and ensure the process is smooth from start to finish.
• Assist in explaining credit terms, instalment plans, and interest rates.
• Guide customers through the payment process, ensuring they understand how to make payments on time and avoid penalties.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate

Languages - Hindi is mandatory for this role.
