Overview: Program Manager, Innovation Lab

As the Program Manager of the Innovation Lab at Scaler School of Technology's 4-year residential UG program, you will spearhead the development of the next generation of tech leaders by fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. By managing stakeholder communications, coordinating projects, and overseeing lab operations, you will play a pivotal role in creating a cutting-edge environment that empowers students to turn ideas into reality. Your work will not only shape the future of tech innovation but also leave a lasting impact on the lives of aspiring engineers.

Key responsibilities

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for students, Scaler staff and industry partners, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

- Project Coordination: Oversee the progress of student projects, ensuring they are on track, within scope, and meeting deadlines. Maintain accurate records of project progress, outcomes, and other key metrics for internal use and reporting.

- Lab Operations: Manage the logistics of the lab space, ensuring that it is well-equipped with latest tech, organized, and conducive to collaboration.

- Event Management: Manage special events in the lab including project fairs, hackathons, external speakers, etc.

- Mentor Management: Coordinate with Scaler staff to ensure that technical experts and other resources are available to project teams as needed.

- Partnership Development: Assist in identifying and securing new corporate partnerships and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
