To scale this initiative, we are looking for a Senior Manager - B2C Growth to lead our customer acquisition and retention efforts across various channels and drive sustained business impact.
About the role:
As a Senior Manager - B2C Growth, you will spearhead efforts to promote skilling and placement guarantee courses, own the end-to-end growth strategy, and lead the execution across paid, organic, and referral channels. Your focus will be on optimizing the funnel-driving traffic, nurturing leads through WhatsApp and email, and converting them into paying customers. You'll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to boost learner enrollment and ensure that our offerings resonate with diverse audiences.
What will you do ?
1. Develop and execute the growth strategy for scaling enrollments for short-term courses and placement guarantee programs.
2. Own and optimize the 15-day sales cycle with effective automation and campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
3. Design and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
4. Lead the organic growth strategy through SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
5. Track the complete customer funnel to reduce drop-offs and ensure smooth transitions from lead to learner, focusing on key metrics like CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn.
6. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create engaging learner journeys and align offerings with market needs.
7. Work closely with CRM platforms like MoEngage to automate and personalize communication for lead nurture and engagement.
8. Forecast, manage, and report performance against business goals, ensuring alignment with the AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
9. Identify and explore new channels and partnerships for customer acquisition.
10. Build and manage a high-performing growth team, fostering ownership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Who are we looking for?
1. 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or revenue operations, with 1+ years in leadership roles.
2. Prior experience in edtech, online learning, or consumer tech with a focus on B2C growth.
3. Expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, CRM tools (like MoEngage or CleverTap), and funnel optimization.
4. Proven success in driving enrollments for skilling or placement programs or subscription-based models.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and guide strategy.
6. Experience managing a 15-30 day sales cycle using multi-channel automation tools like WhatsApp and email.
7. Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams.
8. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to align efforts with strategic objectives.
9. Budgeting and forecasting experience with a focus on balancing CAC and ROI.
