Job Title: HRIS Administrator / Manager -HR
Location: NOIDA

Reports To: Vice President-HR
Job Type: Full-Time -Regular
- We are seeking an experienced Superuser HRMS (HRMS Administrator) to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
- The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in Human Resources and bring 8-12 years of hands-on experience in HRMS implementation and management.
- As the HRMS Administrator, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR Management System, ensuring it aligns with our HR goals and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
HRMS Implementation & Optimization:
- Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the HRMS.
- Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, Finance, and HR stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment and upgrades.
- Customize the HRMS to meet the specific needs of the organization.
System Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the HRMS, including user management, data integrity, and system security.
- Monitor system performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
User Support & Training:
- Provide expert support to HR staff and end-users regarding HRMS functionality and issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of the HRMS across the organization.
- Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Manage and maintain HR data within the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
-Generate and analyse reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement data management procedures and best practices.
Project Management:
- Lead HRMS-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest HRMS trends and technologies to recommend and implement best practices.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Human Resources
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in HRMS implementation, administration, and management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), SQL, and data analysis tools.
Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in user training and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HRMS or related fields.
- Experience with specific HRMS platforms from the corporate and have project implementation experience relevant to manufacturing /project organization.
- Age: The incumbent should be in the age group of 30-35.
Working Conditions: Working from the Noida office, 6 days per week and needs to travel to plant locations for coordination, Training, and alignment of project and optimization
