Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will manage and oversee the sales team, identify potential new clients, and develop strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability. The Sales Manager will also create and implement sales policies to ensure maximum sales efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Sales management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to maintain and build relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience in the technology industry or supply chain/logistics is a plus.
Experience: 7 to 12 Years
Skills: Oracle EBS / cloud sales experience with India market, Oracle ERP sales, Oracle product sales
Qualification: BE- IT MBA
