1. Attending the kick off or introduction of Project meetings to understand the new projects. 2. Manpower Planning: Planning of manpower requirement (Architects & Technicians) based on present work load & expected work load for next one year & accordingly recruitment for the same. 3. Allocation of resources: Nomination of lead architect on various jobs & also allocation of other resources such as Jr. Architect, draftsman considering the volume of work & schedule of project. 4. Progress review: Periodical review of project progress with respect to project schedule & allocation of additional resources on need basis. Review of final drawings before issue for construction. 5. Motivating department colleague to complete timely project to the satisfaction of client. 6. To provide technical help to the colleagues in the department whenever required. 7. Familiarity with all the running projects & periodical visit to sites in order to get timely feedback from client & to take corrective action as & when required. Also checking of drawings at various stages of project. 8. To make & update architectural standards related to specification for procurement for various architectural and interior finishes items, design data, bill of material etc. 9. To attend various technical seminars, exhibitions on architectural products in order to update with latest technology available in the market & to transfer the same to the department colleagues. 10. To take care of software need for the department. 11. Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them. 12. Training of junior engineers working under him. 1. Skill / Qualification: Degree in Architecture with 20+ years of experience. Masters in Architecture with 15+ years of experience. 20 years of experience in the engineering or Architectural consultancy company Degree or diploma in interior design and decoration.
