Job Description

inTechNative is seeking highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee Operations to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the COO and gain hands-on experience in multiple facets of business operations, including marketing, HR, and general administration. This is an ideal role for a recent MBA pass out eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced and innovative IT services environment.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Support: Assist the COO in day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of projects and workflows.
Marketing Assistance: Support marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, analysing market trends, and preparing reports. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
HR Support: Aid in recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, and HR operations. Maintain employee records, assist in policy updates, and help manage employee engagement activities.
General Administration: Handle routine administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and liaising with internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across various functions, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align operational processes with business goals.
Strategic Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
Learning and Development: Participate in training programs to develop a strong foundation in operations management and leadership skills.

Qualifications

A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in business operations and a proactive attitude toward learning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Others Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
