1. Monitoring the operation of Salt and Handling the project activity.

2. Motivating, directing, and creating and good working environment of operation team.

3. Accountable for salt production, quality of salt produced and feed brine control.

4. Optimizing the man and machine utilization to achieve production and quality target.

5. Dealing with integrated material management system.

6. Regular checking of stock and quality of brine and salt.

7. Prepare Regular Reports of activities, remarks and inform to the Management.

8. Training to the operation team and expose to them the various facts of operation and safety.

9. Accountable for Brine field development, Boundary bunds internal bunds & Crystallizers.

10. Accountable for production of salt in the crystallizer with the proper quality of brine, charging.

11. Accountable for regular checking the brine quantity and quality of brine in the reservoir and crystallizer.

12. Achieve Production of Salt as per Monthly Plan

13. Training to Subordinates

14. Reduce power consumption norms.

15. Providing Feed Brine (Quantity & GPL) as per Monthly Plan

16. Pumping improvement (internal)to adherence bromine production

17. No SOP amendment / revised, / Timely incident investigation.

18. Manage the project team and general contractors on site.

19. Implement and apply appropriate project monitoring tools.

20. Support project management in contingency and resource planning.

21. Responsible for coordinating activities related to the application for and approval of statutory.

local authority planning approvals required for the project.

22. Responsible for procurement, contract strategy, and the selection of contractors & suppliers.

23. Negotiate and lead tender process in consultation with management.

24. Review the performance of 3rd party contractors and implement corrective action to optimize.
