Responsibilities:
1) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
2) Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
3) Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
4) Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
5) Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
6) Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
7) Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
8) Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
9) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience 2 to 5 years as a Sales Executive in Real Estate, IT Electronic Products, and Home Automation for B2C or relevant role.
2. Proficiency in English Local Language.
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
5. Fast learner and passion for sales.
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
8. Ready to Travel as per business requirement.
9. Fully Self Generative of work performance.
Education:
Bachelor s degree with a concentration in Electrical- Electronics Engineer. MBA will be added advantage.
