Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
MIS: Prepare and MIS reports and create dashboards, Prepare presentations as and when required
Project Assistance: Assist in the execution of various projects, including research, data analysis, and documentation.
Office Management: Oversee management office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment. Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, such as team meetings, conferences, and employee gatherings.
Administrative Support: Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and general office support.
