Job Description
- Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements from the product team and user feedback.
- Producing high-quality end-to-end UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards and prototypes.
- Understand high-level requirements and translate them to Storyboards, Interaction Flows, and finally into Simple, visually appealing, Intuitive, and Functional UI.
- Design UI/UX for Mobile Apps (both iOS and Android) as well as for the Web.
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android UI elements and App design guidelines.
- Ability to create clean, clutter-free, visually consistent designs and ability to deliver them on time.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with deadlines.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Fintech/Insurtech space.
- Should be proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, In Vision, Figma, etc.
- Should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
