Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Engineer to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry. As a Junior Engineer - Instrumentation and Control, you will be responsible for supporting the design & Detail engineering of instrumentation and control systems in oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems for oil and gas processes
Strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems in Oil & Gas projects
knowledge and experience in selection & sizing of instruments, Technical Bid evaluation, MR, Datasheet and specification preparation
knowledge of control system software and hardware, such PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI
Assisting senior engineers in design & detail engineering of Instrumentation & control system for various projects
Shall be familiar with industry standards such NEC, IEC and Canadian standards.
Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to Team Lead

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Instrumentation / electronics Engineering or related field
1-3 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems, preferably in the oil and gas industry
Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
