Role & responsibilities:
- Strategize and plan digital marketing campaigns using media budgets.
- Launching and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on various digital marketing channels such as Facebook Ads for the company.
- Create and manage keyword lists, audiences and placement targeting for Search, Display and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce sales generation.
- Optimize PPC and Facebook Ad campaigns, including bid management, audiences, ad groups, quality scores and other major metrics.
- Assist in copywriting and graphic design concepts for ads.
- Competitor benchmarking, optimizing copy and landing pages for increasing quality scores, etc.
- Support the generation of new paid campaigns, ad groups, audiences and accounts and grow overall paid search marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring budgets and overseeing paid ad accounts (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) for the company.
- Create and implement high converting funnels through landing pages and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry & digital marketing trends, techniques and technologies to suggest new and innovative ideas to grow accounts.
- Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Provide support to business development team for implementation of programs to drive lead generation and awareness activities to meet revenue goals.
- Work closely with the other team members to meet revenue goals.

Knowledge Required
1. 5-8years of experience in Digital Marketing of pharma company.
2. Strong skills in campaign management, channel sales, trade marketing, revenue generation, business development, BD, BDM, and marketing.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media platforms.
Ability to manage digital assets and implement digital best practices to boost external optics within the life science/biotech industry.
