Contract Management

Responsibilities:

• Core responsible areas are Contract Review, drafting and Abstraction.
• However, successful candidate will be required to redline and/or draft Client agreement as and when required
• Understand and implement client process updates efficiently and in a timely manner Legal Research, Contract Review, Deposition Summaries
• Deliver process SLA requirements consistently
• Good knowledge of English language, grammar and spelling Strong understanding of contract language.
• Ability to analyze relevant documents and identify requirements
• Ability to accurately proof-read documents
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
• Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and goal oriented
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Strong problem solving, research and follow-up skills
• Good Team Player and Process Driven.
• Ability to multitask and strong time management skills.
• Must be an BL/LL.B or LLM degree holder
• Successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 years relevant legal experience, exposure to contract management desired.
• Prior experience of having worked in a reputed LPO or legal department of a MNC essential
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Flexible to work in night shifts
