Qualification Required: Any graduates/Post graduates
Roles:
Technical support Customer Support Not a BPO Process (Consulting) 30% Voice 70% Chat Resolve the customer issues over phone or chat by referring the technical database given to them. Not a BPO way of working
Experience required: 15 yrs of education is mandatory, degree can be correspondence education.
For level 13 we are looking for fresher or 6 months of experienced candidates or Level 12 we are looking for 1 yrs of experienced candidates
