Data Analyst

Job Description:

Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
Provide recommendations and actionable insights based on data analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless data integration and support data-related projects.
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Establish data quality standards, data definitions, and data classification protocols.
Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders/ authorities as per established timelines.

Required skills:

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g.,PostgreSQL, SQL, Python) for extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting (experience with formulas, pivot tables, and complex data sets).
Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally and capable of conveying complex data insights to diverse audiences.
Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in power BI is a plus.
Experience in machine learning and advanced analytics is a plus.
Familiarity with data modeling and warehousing concepts.
