Innspark - Frontend Development Trainer - HTML/CSS/Javascript (2-5 yrs)

Experience Required : 2-6 years

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Development Trainer to train and mentor developers.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in front-end development technologies and frameworks, a passion for mentoring, and the ability to create a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth training sessions on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.

- Provide hands-on coding exercises, projects, and assessments to enhance learning.

- Guide trainees in understanding industry best practices and modern front-end frameworks.

- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and incorporate them into training modules.

- Evaluate and provide feedback to developers on their coding and problem-solving skills.

Skills :

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular)

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web performance optimization.

- Experience in training or mentoring is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to conduct live coding sessions and troubleshooting guidance.

- Prior experience in front-end development (industry experience preferred).

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Certifications in front-end technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
