Innovatily is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success in global markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to expand our brand presence and drive revenue growth on a global scale.
This role requires a deep understanding of international markets, consumer behaviour, and a creative approach to marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in various global markets in the IT services industry.
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies that are tailored to different regions and markets, considering cultural difference and market nuances and align with company's overall objectives.
- Create detailed marketing plans and budgets for each market, considering market-specific factors.
- Manage the brand's global image and ensure it resonates with the target audience in diverse regions.
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies that cater to global market needs and demands.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and culturally sensitive marketing content, including digital, print, and multimedia materials.
- Plan and execute global marketing campaigns that engage and convert customers across various regions.
- Utilize digital marketing channels (e. Identify new market opportunities and develop market entry strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve ROI goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay informed about international marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 10 years in the field of marketing in IT services industry and with at least 7 years as a Marketing Manager in a global marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of global markets, consumer behaviour, and cultural sensitivity.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Multilingual abilities or international market expertise is a plus.
