A Day in the Life:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization's success.
- Leads 2 Talent programs - identify opportunities, design solutions, and operationalize HR initiatives in alignment with business priorities, projects - scale onboarding, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership management capability, development latest thinking on annual performance Management; Mobility etc.
- Leads operational efficiency understand business goals; recommend approaches and be an expert in HR policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity.
- Drives a new people initiative from ideation to fruition.
- Coaches, consults, and mentors employees till a director level in the organization.
- Is Comfortable with complex stakeholder requests, showcasing org. values.
- Demonstrates and promotes ethical practices.
- Works effectively and cooperatively with others to resolve conflict.
- Drives and enables peers to take moonshots.
- Is sought out by others because of their empathy & compassion.
- Frequently shares knowledge as SME.
What You Need.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
- 10+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
