About the Role :

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Data Migration Lead to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in leading and executing complex data migration projects within the Oracle EBS environment.

- This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules (SCM, Finance, CRM) and a proven ability to manage all aspects of the data migration process, from planning and execution to quality assurance and delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the Data Migration stream for Oracle EBS projects, ensuring the successful migration of all master and transactional data.

- Previous experience of Data Migration in Fusion ERP projects involving SCM, Finance, CRM is a must.

- This includes experience migrating from third-party systems to Oracle EBS.

- Create and maintain a comprehensive data migration strategy, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and loading procedures.

- Produce and quality assure all data migration deliverables, such as data validation reports, test scripts, and migration plans.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to data migration.

- Manage data quality across all phases of the migration process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate effectively with project teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS technical data migration roles.

- Proven experience leading data migration projects for at least 2 Oracle EBS implementations (SCM, Finance, CRM).

- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS data structures, interfaces, and integration points.

- Experience with data migration tools and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data migration.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).

- Experience with data quality tools and techniques.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
