Application Architect - Backend Development (6-10 yrs)

A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a financial service provider, is seeking an Application Architect - Backend Developer to be based in Pune.

Role Details :

- Receive requirements from the lead architect /engineer and develop the necessary features

- Test the features locally to ensure functional requirements are met.

- Create and maintain APIs that allow the front-end to interact with the back-end systems.

- Implement GraphQL for more flexible data fetching or WebSocket for real-time communication, depending on application needs.

- Write clear API documentation using tools like Swagger or Postman to help front-end developers and other teams integrate efficiently.

- Design and structure databases using SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or No

- Create and maintain documentation for APIs, including endpoint details, request/response formats, and error codes. SQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration between client and server.

- Coordinate with DevOps engineers for deployment, CI/CD, and server management tasks.

- Continuously improve the backend architecture to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
