Job Role: Recruiting Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Recruiting Manager who can drive daily team performance, ensure delivery on hiring targets, and optimize recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a startup environment, managing IT hiring, including IT relations positions and emerging technology stacks.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proactive reporting, ensuring recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. The candidate should be well-versed in modern recruiting concepts, search methodologies (active & passive), and tools to drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Execution: Lead and drive the recruitment team to meet hiring goals, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Hands-On Recruitment: Willingness to actively source, engage, and close candidates, stepping in whenever necessary.
• IT & Tech Hiring Expertise: Strong understanding of IT hiring, IT relations roles, and the latest technology stacks.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Manage relationships with hiring managers, leadership, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication.
• Proactive Reporting: Deliver timely, insightful recruitment reports to track progress and optimize hiring strategies.
• Process & Tool Optimization: Leverage recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Meeting & Collaboration: Willingness to be on all necessary calls and meetings to drive alignment and execution.
• Above & Beyond Mentality: Demonstrate ownership and flexibility, ensuring hiring objectives are met, even in high-pressure situations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT hiring.
• Proven experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruiting concepts, active & passive sourcing methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and automation for efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to coach, mentor, and scale recruiting teams.
• Experience with global hiring and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with market trends and evolving tech hiring needs.
