Job Title: Marketing Manager.
Location: Pitampura, Delhi.
Experience: 3-7 years.
We are on the lookout for an all-rounder Marketing Manager to join our growing team in a mid-sized IT software product-based company.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing areas, including Event Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Management.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of national and international events, including conferences, expos/trade shows, and webinars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from event inception to post-event follow-up.
- Assess and select event venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop and execute pre and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Flexibility to travel to event site to manage the event, if required.
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Lead the development and execution of SEO and content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Oversee content creation to ensure it aligns with SEO best practices and audience engagement goals.
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including the website, blog, social media, and email, in multiple formats such as case studies, explainer videos, and infographics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and graphic designers to ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging, and SEO requirements.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, display ads, video content and more.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms to drive awareness and lead generation.
Lead Generation:
- Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including the website, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, events, and paid advertising campaigns.
Agency Management:
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies (PR, website development, SEO) to ensure marketing objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on IT software products.
- Proven expertise in Event Management, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content creation, and optimization.
- Experience in creating engaging, high-quality content for a variety of formats and channels.
- Proficient in managing social media strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation across multiple digital marketing channels.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external agencies to achieve marketing goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
