We are the creators of a proprietary Intelligent Document Processing platform that automates data extraction from complex and messy unstructured documents.
Something nobody has done before! And of course, were very proud of that.
For over a decade, weve been building expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Neural Networks and much much more..
And now, we are looking for a highly motivated intern with a passion for recruitment and people interaction to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team for a period of 6 months..
Below is a list of the background we would like our Intern to have:.
Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
A solid understanding of technology is a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to use recruitment tools and stay updated with industry trends.
As a InternTalent Acquisition at Infrrd, your job responsibilities will include:.
Candidate Sourcing:Source candidates via online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Resume Screening:Review resumes to identify qualified candidates and maintain an organized pipeline.
Interview Coordination:Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers for an efficient process.
Candidate Communication:Keep candidates updated on their application status and address inquiries promptly.
Applicant Tracking:Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
Recruitment Advertising:Assist in creating and posting job ads online and monitor their performance.
Employer Branding:Support social media content creation and recruitment event coordination to enhance employer branding.
Internship period:6 months.
