Job Description :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions on the Azure platform, with a focus on Azure Data Lake and Azure Synapse.

- Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT processes).

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

- Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and scripting tasks.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for consistent and efficient infrastructure deployment.

- Contribute to the implementation of a climate reporting system, including data integration from Coupa CRA and other relevant sources.

- Collaborate closely with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other engineers to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability throughout the data lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

What you'll bring :

- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.

- Data Engineering & Modeling : Solid understanding of Data Engineering principles, best practices, and data modeling techniques.

- Azure Synapse/ADF : Proven experience working with Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Factory (at least 5 years).

- SQL Expertise : Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (at least 5 years).

- Python Skills : Practical experience in Python for data manipulation and automation (at least 2 years).

- Terraform Experience : Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management (1-2 years).

- Cloud Concepts : Good understanding of cloud-based data warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication : Strong communication and collaboration skills
