Credentialing Specialist

We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist with 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The ideal candidate should have expertise in credentialing and enrollment processes for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and enrollment with insurance payers.
• Verify and process provider applications, licenses, certifications, and other necessary documents.
• Maintain accurate provider records in compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
• Ensure timely renewals and updates of provider credentials.
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical professionals, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, payer policies, and credentialing requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in provider credentialing within the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) domain.
• Strong understanding of insurance enrollment, CAQH, NPI, Medicare, and Medicaid credentialing.
• Excellent knowledge of credentialing software and healthcare compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in US healthcare credentialing is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in credentialing tools and databases.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and payer compliance guidelines.
