Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Development Manager (FDM) to
spearhead our efforts in building and expanding franchise partnerships across India.
This role mirrors the responsibilities of a Channel Partner Manager but with a specific focus on franchise development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing franchise partners while driving strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development & Expansion:
1. Identify, connect, and engage with prospective Franchise Partners (FPs) through
networking, research, data analysis, and lead generation.
2. Build strong relationships with potential partners and coordinate follow-ups to finalize
franchise agreements.
3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchisees, ensuring timely follow-up
and communication at all stages.
Franchise Operations & Support:
1. Provide operational support to new and existing franchisees, addressing queries and
ensuring smooth onboarding.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational procedures by
maintaining open communication between internal teams and franchise partners.
3. Monitor franchise performance through regular reviews and offer guidance for
improvement.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential franchise partners.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns focused on franchise
development.
3. Convert high-potential leads into signed franchise agreements, ensuring thorough
vetting and qualification of each prospect.
Performance Metrics:
1. Growth in the number of franchise partners.
2. Lead-to-partnership conversion ratio.
3. Franchisee satisfaction ratings and retention rates.
4. Revenue growth driven by franchise operations.
Requirements:
1. 6-8 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or similar
roles (preferably in the IT hardware industry).
2. Proven track record in driving franchise expansion and establishing long-term
partnerships.
3. Strong network and industry relationships within the franchise ecosystem.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience working with channel partners across India, preferably in IT
products/services.
6. Bachelors degree.
7. We require only the ones who have worked in the IT Hardware Industry.
