- Previous Experience in Electrical Retail Products Switches, Fans, Lighting, Wire and Cables (Only these Products )
- Strong Knowledge and reputation in the Electrical Retail Market in that area.
- Min Exp 2-9years
Capable of Developing Dealer Distributor Network. - Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales.
Having a good electrician and electrical contractor network. - Must be able to demonstrate and present product to customers.
Must be strong with follow up regarding current sales enquiries and outstanding collections. - Should be sincere, hardworking and growth driven.
Good in communication. - Must have a strong understanding on the current market trends and competitors product analysis.
- Should maintain a prompt response to any matter related to after Sale-Service of our product.
- Must comply to all company policies.
Achieve overall monthly/annual Sales Target for specified products while maintaining healthy product mix premium focus. - Work with defined customer responsible for approvals, enquiry generation from Architects/Interior Designers catering to Premium Individual Houses in the area.
- Meet end client/ home-owners for order closure maximize sales opportunity for complete product basket.
