Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate industry.

Campaign Management: (Mandatory)

- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve business objectives.

- Knowledge of PPC is mandatory

SEO and SEM: (Mandatory)

- Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.

- Plan and execute paid search campaigns (SEM) on platforms like Google Ads and Bing.

Social Media Management: (Mandatory)

- Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback and respond appropriately.

Email Marketing:

- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.

- Analyze the performance of email campaigns and suggest improvements.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation and Management:

- Create, edit, and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

Lead Generation:

- Generate and nurture leads through various digital channels.

- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in communications/media or related.

- Relevant 3+ years of work experience in Real Estate (Mandatory)
