Role - Subject Matter Expert (SME)- Math

Job description

• Designing and developing good quality digital content (lesson plans, interactive questions, adaptive assessments, quizzes and solutions to questions) for K-12 to help students learn via their own personalized learning path.

• Ensuring that the content used on our platforms is logically/ factually/language-wise accurate and consistent.

• Ensuring visual clarity/attractiveness of the content.

• Understanding curriculum requirements, and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy the above requirements.

• Analyze student performance data to improve content and instructional strategies.

• Provide support and guidance to tutors, instructors.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, research, and technologies in math education.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

Teaching certification or relevant math qualifications are a plus.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in math content development, teaching, or curriculum design.

Familiarity with various educational standards (CBSE, ICSE, NCERT, etc.) and their application in curriculum design.

Required Skills

• In-depth subject knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good team player, quick learner, energetic and capable of developing non-conventional academic approaches.
• Comfortable in working on Microsoft Excel, Word PowerPoint and should be adept with technology
• Passion towards quality performance.
