Role: Academic Counsellor (Fresher)

About the Role

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the face of Infinity Learn for our students and parents. You will play a key role in helping them understand how our learning products can support their academic journey. This is an individual contributor role, perfect for freshers who are passionate about sales, communication, and making a positive impact in the education sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Student Engagement: Connect with prospective students and parents via outbound and follow-up calls.
  • Sales Process: Guide them through our offerings and help convert leads into successful enrollments.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand learning needs and offer the right course solutions.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to ensure closure and maintain strong engagement.
  • Learning Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our courses and explain their value effectively.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and helping students
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Eligibility

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in EdTech or sales is a plus but not mandatory

Other Details

  • Work Mode: Work from office – Hyderabad location
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday fixed off)
  • Device: Candidate must bring their own device
