Role & responsibilities :

4-6 years project experience in insurance, technology, or a related field

Deep P&C Insurance Domain experience required.

Preferred candidate profile :

Bachelor of Computer Science/Arts or equivalent

4-6 years project experience in insurance, technology, or related field

Knowledge of P&C insurance industry with focus on customer-facing operations and processes

Strong communication skills and ability to influence outcomes

Analytical problem-solving capabilities

Research skills and ability to work with subject matter experts

Experience identifying when business requirements are not in scope

Experience with software implementation projects in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing

Understanding of project lifecycle methodology

Exceptional documentation skills

Ability to facilitate discussions with technical and business stakeholders

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Flexibility to work shifts as needed (to align with colleagues/customers in AMER/APAC)

Familiarity working with UX, Data, and Digital teams

Experience applying principles of a design-led approach.
