Indxx - Senior Web Developer - React.js (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development :

- Design, develop, and optimize web applications using React.js and associated technologies.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and efficiency.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional code.

Collaboration :

- Partner with UI/UX designers to implement interactive, user-friendly interfaces.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and enhance usability.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

State and Workflow Management :

- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

- Ensure seamless asynchronous operations and effective API integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in React.js development.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles.

- Expertise in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Experience with popular state management libraries (Redux, Context API, MobX, etc.)

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.

- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js or GraphQL.

Toolset Expertise :

- Proficiency in version control tools like Git.

- Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn.

- Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms (e., JWT).

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

- Experience in leading code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

- A good understanding of CSS-in-JS libraries or frameworks
