Senior Product Manager/Associate Product Lead

- Craft and execute the claims product strategy and comprehensive roadmap keeping in mind near-term, long-term future aligning it with the company's overall vision and customer centric approach.

- Collaborate closely with Stakeholders UW, design, data science, engineering, and other PM partners to understand user needs and pain points, and then design holistic solutions to address them and deliver truly innovative claims solutions.

- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, leveraging your keen insights to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities within the claims.

- Champion the end-to-end product development lifecycle, showcasing your exceptional project management skills as you drive concept development, design iteration, flawless execution, rigorous testing, and successful product launches.

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) harnessing the power of data to measure product success, identify areas for enhancement, and execute data-driven optimizations.

- Stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving digital landscape, keeping a finger on the pulse of industry trends, breakthrough technologies, and best practices in digital product management, consistently infusing your deep expertise into the team's innovative endeavors.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated 5-8 years of experience delivering successful and innovative customer-facing products (preferably within insurance sectors) with your fingerprints all over them.

- A stellar track record of achievements, demonstrating your remarkable expertise and proven success in product management.

- A profound understanding of digital product development methodologies, user experience (UX) design principles, and agile project management methodologies.
