Urgent opening For Medical Excellence - MBBS Doctor ( Non Clinical)

Job Description

1. Assist in highlighting the importance and the need of Preventive Health by suggesting packages and test list to the clients / family members.
2. Assist in providing Resolution of medical queries coming from various or above sources
3. Provide pre- counseling, reviewing patients physical chart, including medical history, doctors note and on existing medications.
4. Provide consultation telephonically (as per government guidelines) or in person (Indus OPD), review & analyze checkup reports & advise patient to have corrective actions to be taken.
5. Prescription/ Health summary is shared which includes observations, advice and further treatment plan.
6. Assist to the customer on CT scan, if CT scan get cancelled/ Dye reaction consultation.
7. Suggest tests/investigations depending on the medical history of the patient/client : In case of Incoming queries or any other source
8. Explain to the customer about the intensity of the medical management/follow-up and to encourage the patients/clients to take corrective action.
9. Track / review the medical treatment and provide the inputs for appropriate action.
10. Explain to the patients about the locations and facilities available in the hospitals to enable and help them to select the appropriate place to take treatment.
11. Undertake visits / travel to the hospital at other locations for interaction with the doctors and specialist in view of any feedback related to medical advice and/or treatment.
12. To undertake comparative analysis of medical records of the individual holistically ( PHP, HF, Any other source of Rx )
13. Telephonic guidance for Health & Disease management at pre decided schedule
14. To provide inputs / health analytics / Observations to senior doctors.

Other Activities :

• Provide Training to other team members in basic medical terminology and process.
• Represent the organization in the medical fraternity.
• To provide inputs for further PRODUCT development
• Grievance Management related medical issues
• Provide services for Onsite visits & Checkups ( Corporate , PR activities etc )
• Training/Lectures , Presentations on medical topics /Product to Medical or Non-medical audience
