IT Associate (UI/UX)

UI/UX Design Support:

Assist in designing and optimizing user interfaces for our website, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.

Contribute to creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that reflect user needs and business objectives.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions.

Implement design changes based on feedback and best practices to enhance user experience.

Web Design & Development:

Support the development and maintenance of the company website and related digital assets.

Collaborate with web developers to ensure that designs are effectively translated into functional web pages.

Perform basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding to assist with website updates and troubleshooting.

Ensure that web design is responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support employees and address IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Assist in maintaining and updating IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.

Monitor and manage IT-related incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution

Help with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software.

Digital Asset Management:

Manage and organize digital assets, including images, videos, and documents, ensuring proper categorization and accessibility

Support the implementation of content management systems (CMS) and ensure that digital content is up-to-date and accurate

Project Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to align IT and design efforts with product launches and promotional activities

Participate in team meetings and provide input on digital projects, including website updates, design enhancements, and IT initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelordegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, web design, and user-centered design practices

Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences

PreferredSkills:

Internship or project experience in web design, UI/UX, or IT support

Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal

Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools

Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
