Job Description

Basic understanding on telecom and networking. RAN, 4G, 5G components, architecture and call flows.

Good communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Respond to alerts and incidents, investigate root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues and escalate as needed.

Perform routine maintenance tasks.

Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Inquisitive Ability to learn quickly

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Provide first-line support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication throughout the process.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
